I have known David for years and have had the pleasure to have worked alongside him. David is hard-working, client-centered, and creative. He prioritizes his client’s goals and comfortability in training sessions. He is versatile and determined to meet everyone at their own individualized and unique starting point, and takes ownership in developing a training program to increase fitness and motor skills accordingly. His passion for what he does is unquestionable. Great guy with a clean and well-equipped fitness studio. I highly recommend his training services.

Training here helped me a lot physically and mentally. Dave was a really cool person to train with who always kept the training sessions exciting. Throughout just a few months training with Dave i noticed a big improvement in my strength, stability, and stamina. The facility was nice and welcoming, i had the chance to meet a few other clients/colleagues and everyone was always friendly and enthusiastic. Overall if you’re thinking about getting back into fitness and you’re in the area i’d definitely say give this place a call. ( +dave should be on shark tank for the amount of little business ideas he has)

David Richards Fitness is awesome. It is the best personal training gym I have ever trained in due to the floor space (weight area, turf, boxing area, etc.), cleanliness, and Dave, the owner. Dave is knowledgeable, fun, and knows how to help people achieve their goals. I strongly recommend checking it out!!!

I was always hesitant working out at the gym and with personal trainers for being judged and consistently told how some workouts aren’t meant for me. Things have changed completely since joining Team David. Not only have I been taught the right way to work hard but how to respect your body, how to fuel your body with the right foods and the right amount of rest needed. Most importantly David has boosted my self confidence making me stronger mentally and physically. David has consistently delivered a high quality workout in a great environment.

I’ve been going to David Richard’s Fitness since this summer. The trainers are very encouraging and knowledgeable. It’s a really fun atmosphere. I was always intimidated to join a gym and always wanted to try personal training. I am happy that I found a great trainer here and someone that can personalize my workouts.
