Great for postpartum weight loss and getting back into a routine. Provides great fitness and nutrition consults as well as work out plans based on individual goals. Through in person and remote training I was able to lose thirty pounds and pass the Army Combat Fitness Test after having a baby.

Kingdom FIT Harrisburg has created a community of people who encourages one another to become the best version of them. With each workout and words of encouragement being foundational, members leave feeling better mentally, physically and with their spirit being uplifted. The facility is clean and has more than enough equipment to suit everyone’s needs. 10/10.

Harry King is a top notch professional trainer with integrity, class, and compassion. He has a beautiful family and many clients that feel at home in his gym. It is not just a gym, it is a feel good …body and soul community!! ! I’m not always the most motivated client, however he is always positive and gets me in the mood to exceed my potential! He has totally transformed my body. He also helps with apps, nutrient suggestions, yoga, fit classes, and general ideas to improve mind and body wellness.
