Accelerate Cycle Studio at IPG

I absolutely LOVE this studio and Amy! I have been spinning here since March and have never felt more fit! I greatly enjoy how Amy creates a sense of friendship among all of her spinners. If anyone is looking for a local, reasonable place to start your fitness journey or to give yourself a challenge I would HIGHLY recommend Accelerate Studio with Amy!

I took my first spin class here about 2 months ago, and I have been enjoying it ever since! I was completely new to spinning, but everyone was welcoming and helpful, and Amy is a very motivating and encouraging instructor. I’m really glad I decided to come here, and I always leave feeling like I had a great workout!

If you are looking for a spin class with friendly people, judgment free, and really good workout then I suggest Accelerate Cycle Studio! I was nervous at first and had trouble keeping up but it was worth it! I did my first challenge class and now I'm really hooked. They started as people at spin to my spin class family! Accelerate is a fun, friendly, and welcoming environment! I walked in as a novice and was taught the foundational skills from setting up the bike to learning the positions and movements to effectively get the best out of my workouts. They take the fear out of learning a new sport and set you up for success! Highly recommend regardless of your skill level, there’s something for all.
