Tim Ervey did a great job helping my son improve his agility, strength and flexibility before his sports season. Their preventative approach has given us peace of mind knowing he's well-prepared. Highly recommend!

I began physical therapy at True Sports PT after tearing my ACL playing D3 lacrosse at Lebanon Valley College. This was my first experience ever going to physical therapy, and I was definitely nervous before starting. However, all of the PTs at True Sports were very supportive and helped me even throughout the initial weeks of post operation. I especially enjoyed going to True Sports because of the one-on-one training and how receptive they are to what your personal goals are throughout the rehab process. I would recommend True Sports to anyone, and I am grateful I was able to begin my ACL rehab journey there. And shoutout to Tim for being the best PT out there!!

I had a shoulder surgery from an injury due to football. I am beyond happy with my experience. They were able to work with me over summer when I was not at school and the result is amazing. I had a chance to work with at three PTs and they are amazing. My arm that I had surgery on feels stronger and better than my other. I could not recommend them enough.

I went to True Sports with back pain by doctor referral and it turned out I had Kyphosis. I chose a Physical Therapy location based off of in-network insurance and proximity. I was really nervous and not sure what to expect. My experience has been phenomenal and my goals of fixing my back issue are coming to fruition! The True Sports Physical Therapist I was assigned was a man named Tim and it is always an absolute pleasure to work with him 1-on-1 to achieve my goals. He comes off as a professional who knows with certainty what he is talking about when it comes to the details of what needs to be done to get you to your physical and healing goals. He is encouraging and patient when you seem to be struggling with an excersise that seems easy on first observation. He has proven to me that he is more then knowledgeable in his field and has worked very hard to be as such. He told me about his reading of articles on his field while we were making light conversation to stay in tune with modern techniques. When you work with him, he explains in an easy to understand way and demonstrates his assigned excersises for you in a way that is easily understood and mimicked. He will work with you until you get it right and is gentle in his method of corrections if you are not getting it quite right or are compinsating in a way that wont make you heal properly. He does not lie about there being pain involved but the pain of building the muscle groups that need strengthend is progress towards your overall goal and will land you pain free. After a few sessions I experienced my first pain free day in months. It was not easy. He has an obvious passion for his work and physical fitness that is clear by the expertise and care he puts into his work with his clients. He obviously believes the mission statement and/or ideals of True Sports and applies it. A more intimate experience with a Physical therapist that does not have dozens of other clients. He is very kind in his approach and cares about seeing you progress into your best physical self. I especially appreciate as someone who is on the autism spectrum, that he makes sure you are comfortable with exams that require touch and physical contact. He does not rush you through as though you were a number and listens to you about your pain, personal goals/struggles, and about who you are. Tim definitely makes you feel like you are his top priority in the hour you spend and pay for his expertise. I recommend True Sports as well as Tim to anyone who wants something outside your typical 'take a number' medical and fitness experience. If all of their trainers are this dedicated, I know anyone would be in good hands coming here.

Iv had a great experience at true sports physical therapy, I came in with Grade 2 hamstring strain and the team has helped me tremendously at getting back into running and lifting. When I came in I couldn’t barely walk and bending over seemed impossible. Now that I’m in the end stages of my recovery I’m finally able to run and lift like I use to again. Working with the team has been a great experience, everyone is friendly and eager to make you’re recover as fast as possible. I would definitely recommend true sports to anyone dealing with any sort of injury or pain.
