I started coming here about a year ago. I’ve lost 40lbs and my ability to defend myself has grown exponentially. Everyone is down to earth and helpful. Great for all ages. 10/10 recommend

Joining this gym for a trial lesson back in February was the best decision I've made. Now, I’m here four times a week, training with the best coaches and teammates in an absolutely amazing atmosphere. The energy and support here are unmatched!

Algeo is an amazing place. I joined this gym coming up on a year ago now and haven’t missed a week since. I was unsure and a little discouraged having no experience coming in but all the coaches here are very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and will answer any questions or concerns you may have. No one here has an ego and it’s an all around great environment to learn Jiujutsu and Muay Thai. They only want to see you grow and get better. This place is 10/10 and I recommend them everyone who’s looking to get into learning some combat sports. Thank you to all the coaches and the owner Bill who is also very involved.

Amazing gym with great coaches. I joined last September after moving to the main line; the team was really nice with me and the trainings are top quality for all level. Definitely recommend.
