I started CrossFit almost a year ago and much to my surprise I love it! Everyone at CrossFit incline has been wonderful and so very helpful. I started exercising because I’m pushing 60 and lots of things were hurting and CrossFit has made an unbelievable difference in how I feel and how much I can do. They have coaches that make sure you’re doing everything right, which is extremely important to me because I don’t know the correct posture and positions and could easily injure myself without guidance.

Crossfit Incline is a quality place. The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. I had two knee surgeries in high school and chronic issues with sprained ankles. I NEVER thought I would be able to do Crossfit, but the coaches are able to help anyone find an appropriate scale. I always appreciate the way they answer everyone’s questions and encourage us. I highly recommend Crossfit Incline for both experienced athletes and beginners.

Gym shopping) From a drive by view my first thoughts were .....yikes 1) sparse selection of equipment 2) lighting is too bright & makes it look dirty. There was like a small group of 4 people inside. I felt like if they covered up the windows with contact paper with their name on it they’d probably get more inquiries because that was a definite turn off for me. Ppl would be curious & stop in.. instead of being able to judge it’s not their style within the first 30 seconds. Most people prefer some privacy from the general public when they workout. My husband said “I think that gym is free” & he really believed it was. That should prove something. It is not free but I am curious on pricing as their is a lot of competition with some gyms even offering tanning services included in membership & starting off at around $10 a month, & is clean & aesthetically pleasing design Crossfit step up your game)))))
