Absolutely beautiful studio in a very convenient (yet tucked back) location. Warehouse space offers reallllly high ceilings, which is perfect for the pole/lyra set up. Also, THEY OFFER TURN UP DANCE FITNESS! (Look it up!!) you basically get to feel like you’re at the club, without having to be at the club haha and the community of women behind it is like nothing else. Just great vibes. You gotta check it out 10/10 *i took a class with women my age and an 80 year old, who loved dancing to glo-rilla, it’s for any and everyone

This place is absolutely amazing! The space is very welcoming and friendly. The instructors are knowledgeable and supportive. Safety first. Everyone is very uplifting and encouraging. Great dose of 'feel good' vibes! There is such a great variety of classes too, there's something for everyone. I'd highly recommend trying some classes, no matter what level you're at.

Hearth and Hallow is an incredible studio. There are so many classes offered and it allows you to find what you love most. The instructors are incredibly patient and supportive. They help you build on your skills and gain strength and confidence. I've never felt more welcomed!

Michelle's Zumba class was lots of fun! She was full of energy and made everyone feel welcome. Class was for all levels. Great studio space and staff, looking forward to going back!

I love coming here and learning cool new things! The lyra classes on Sundays are my favorite way to reset and get ready for the week ahead!
