My go to yoga place. My absolute favorite. I’ve been coming here for about 3 years and I’ve never been to a studio like it. They have classes for all levels. I ACTUALLY SWEAT HERE. I love all of the instructors (really missing Natalie!). They are very welcoming, knowledgeable, detailed and specific so poses really flow. I never leave here without feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and sweaty. Plus, Wednesday and Friday are $5 cash classes. You literally cannot beat that price for what you get. I would highly recommend!

The studio, instructors and class times are very accommodating. I highly recommend sharing in a practice here! However, I do miss the $5 CASH Class they used to offer before the Pandemic. It was enjoyed by many people and hope they bring it back for 2022!

The perfect mixture of breath and movement. Love the heated rooms, enough to make your muscles loose but not as hot as Bikram. The instructors are all so welcoming and will offer adjustments in class as needed. Highly recommended.

It's been a couple years since I have been at Yoga Flow in Irwin. It's a great atmosphere and the teacher was very good. Will be returning very soon!
