Tim has changed my entire life. He keeps a good energy in the gym at all times and everyone is like a family there. Being new, I was nervous that I would not fit in, but everyone was so welcoming and helpful. I was a complete amateur and have never done a squat or push-up in my life. Now I can do both with ease. Not to mention I have lost 20lbs since I’ve started 6 months ago. Love this gym❤️

My daughter plays Fastpitch softball and started at Country Strong to gain strength and explosiveness. I was so impressed with Tim's program and knowledge that I decided to join myself. I love the workouts and the teaching that Tim provides. Best gym in Beaver County!

I can't say enough about Country Strong Fitness! I LOVE IT!!!! Tim is above and beyond the best trainer in the county! If your not at Country Strong your missing the best around! I couldn't lift 10 pounds over my head 2 years ago! Now I can bench 80, deadline 145, squat 175. I've never felt stronger! I used to have constant muscle aches in my neck from weak shoulders, NO MORE! My boys have excelled in sports from Tims training! Thanks Tim!

My son started working out with Tim a few years ago. After seeing the results he produced for him, I decided to join myself. It's been almost a year and I have hit a number of personal bests with multiple lifts. Doesn't matter what age, Tim works with all individuals to get the most out of them. With his experience and knowledge, you should look no further. I highly recommend Country Strong.
