She has been my trainer for only 6-7 months and I am not only achieving my fitness goals, but am setting new goals with Michelle’s guidance. Michelle is an upbeat and passionate fitness instructor, trainer, and friend. She knows her stuff and spends time studying and learning more for her clients. Her gym has a fun and positive vibe that will keep you coming back. Fellow members will become like family. Michelle goes above and beyond to get to know all members in order to differentiate everyone's goals and ability levels. When I reached out to Michelle it was with hopes of losing weight after having my second child. I did lose weight, but I also came to love working out which lead to an overall lifestyle change. Two years later I still workout regularly with Michelle, and enjoy seeing how I can get stronger and make progress in my fitness journey. I had never been very athletic, but Michelle was a great cheerleader and made me feel comfortable beginning something I was not used to. She continues to push me and hold me accountable, and I'm so grateful for her!

I’ve been training with Michelle for a year. ( most of my training has been on-line) Everyone says “ I don’t know how you stick with it doing it online.” Well let me just tell you... Michelle is my motivation. If I miss/skip a work out I feel like I let her down. She is so motivating, she truly wants her clients to reach their goals and be the best that they can be. I’m 52. First time ever weight lifter. And I feel stronger and healthier then I have in a long time. She’s not just a great trainer, she’s just an all around good person. I highly recommend Fit 2 Core. She’s the best of the best!!

Michelle is a wonderful , caring, enthusiastic person/trainer. She has helped me so much and worked with all my injuries. She gives me the motivation I need to get through my work out. It's not just about how many reps you can do but the proper form that will help you. Wouldn't trade her for anyone. She has a youth class that is awesome also. She is great with the kids.My daughter loves going evey week.
