Balance Gymnastics and Wellness Center

My 2 girls have been going here for years. As toddlers it greatly improved their balance and confidence. Now as young children they love to show off the new things they have learned. The staff helps me coordinate class times for both and encourages these girls so much.

My daughter had been going since Coach Katie opened her gym. The encouragement and support she receives has been amazing for developing her self-esteem and confidence. The benefits go far beyond the gym!

This place is so wonderful! My daughter started by doing the summer class and joined a friend for an event they created I think it was the Taylor swift party, and every one was so sweet and she fell in love with doing tricks! She’s been attending now for some time and is excited every time and comes out so happy to have learned a new trick or to gain more confidence in one she’s working hard on!

My daughter has just started and she's loving it!! She was so discouraged with her self and was second guessing herself about joining. She is now doing gymnastics AND tumbling, becoming more confident in herself. The coaches are amazing and so kind!! We're beyond excited to have join "the family" at Balance Gymnastics! I would highly recommend this place!!

We love Balance! Katie truly runs a fantastic program! Both our girls have advanced and become stronger and more confident. The coaches really care for each child and work hard to lift them up and help them build confidence and understand the value of hard work and dedication. We are constantly impressed by how often they reach out with encouraging words and videos and communicate each child’s progress. I would definitely recommend this business!
