I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I attended prenatal yoga classes at East Eagle Yoga for my third baby and I loved the classes and how Jennifer really fosters a supportive community. I recently had my older daughter’s 5th birthday party there and Jennifer and Casey did an amazing job with a large group of 4 and 5 year olds! Jennifer and Casey are wonderful and I can’t wait to go back and try more of their yoga classes!

I walked into East Eagle Yoga one Saturday morning and basically haven't left since. It has become my home away from home, my saving grace, and my sanctuary. The second I walked through those doors, I could feel the change in energy and the peace and love I didn't even know I was searching for. And yet it's all there without pretense or stuffyness or judgment. No competition. No push to be a human pretzel. Just support and encouragement to just BE. It's down to earth in the most other worldly way possible. I found this center just about a month or two before the pandemic took hold of us all. I am grateful everyday for that bc I truly don't think I would have mentally or emotionally survived without East Eagle Yoga! Thank you! Namaste always ♥

Just took a lovely 75 minute practice, in Hatha style, and it's just what my body needed. Everyone is respectful of your space and yet you can still feel the sense of community that draws me to practice outside my home and in a group setting.
