I have been to personal trainer's before, but Max Fitness by far has given me the best results, since they not only offer personal training, but a nutrition program to encourage a healthy lifestyle with eating rather than just a diet in order to lose weight. I lost 50.4 lbs in 6 months and went down 3 jean sizes and I do not feel terribly restricted or hungry. Bentz and his other personal trainers are very enthusiastic, give constant encouragement and are extremely personable. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to get healthy and feel great!!

I love Max Fitness! It is a more traditional, serious minded gym. Bentz is the best trainer ever! He always is watching to make sure you are exercising properly so as to maximize benefits and not get hurt. I highly recommend Max Fitness, LLC. I've been training with Bentz for 16 years!

Just started going to classes and I love it. I'm by no means at an expert fitness level, but I am able to follow the exercises(at my own pace and weights). I definitely feel like I am getting stronger and better in just the short period of time I've been going. Bonnie has been great in helping me with my technique and learning new moves. I would definitely recommend Max Fitness if you are looking for a great workout.

I've been coming to Max Fitness for roughly 3 years now. I came to Bentz looking for some help passing a PFT in 2013. I used to rotate through the circuit workouts at the gym, but was struggling to improve my scores. Bentz developed a program for me and got me on track to pass the test. Additionally, his guidance has helped me through numerous long distance races, including a 1/2 and full marathon in 2015. I'm positive that strength training with Bentz helped improve my running form and made me less prone to pain and injury after long runs. While I don't have any current fitness goals, I keep coming back because Bentz always has a fresh way of looking at exercise. Even after three years, he is still finding new ways to make me sore. The physical training helps keep me on track when I don't feel like working out and is a good compliment to exercising alone at home or a gym. You are getting great value and a personal touch when you come to Max Fitness. I recommend the Max Fitness trainers to all my friends looking for help with a fitness program.

I've just started with Bentz and he is the most knowledgeable and motivating trainer I've ever had. Coming off of a shoulder surgery, I can give 100% and trust that if I follow his direction, I won't re-injure myself. He has so much experience that you will never be bored at a workout or worry about the dreaded "plateau." I highly recommend Max Fitness for all skill levels!
