Fantastic business. The owners are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Stretchlab to anyone who is looking for assisted stretching to help with tightness or increase flexibility. If you are injured or have a chronic condition you probably should follow the advice of a professional doctor.

BUYER BEWARE! DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES! This review is a warning to anyone thinking that this place will help them. This review is specifically in regards to the franchise in Harrisburg PA. I was deceived from the very beginning of my experience with StretchLab. The lead therapist diagnosed my back pain from just talking to me for one minute and assured me that stretching would cure me. This unprofessional diagnosis would lead to much more pain in my lower back and of course they are not liable because you have to sign a waiver. Secondly, they don’t inform you that they are making you sign a contract. You just sign your name on an electronic pad with nothing to read over. I tried to cancel and I was informed that I would have to pay a fee to end my membership which was a lie because that’s not written in the contract. I was a little late on payment and they automatically sent my bill to collections instead of calling me so now my credit will be negatively affected for the next 7 years. The owner is very controlling. She failed to tell me that I needed to buy special socks to be there and then after I signed up she harassed me about it every time I attended an appointment. Her son is the manager and he just makes up lies to manipulate people. This place is all about taking your money. They don’t care about people at all. They are creating a great disservice to the people. I’m not sure if all stretch labs are this corrupt but this owner from Harrisburg will also be opening stores in Camp Hill and Lancaster so be forewarned of these locations as well.

I became a member when they were doing demo stretches around the Susquehanna Shoppes. About a year ago I got obsessed with watching assisted stretch videos on YouTube. All I could think about while I watched them was how much I needed something like that in my life. I was beyond excited when I learned StretchLab was opening in Harrisburg. I signed up for the 4 x 50 minute sessions a month and I have my 4th stretch tomorrow. I am not very bendy so my goals are to increase range of motion as well as reduce tension in areas that consistently bother me. My sessions so far have been epic! I'm definitely moving in ways I've never moved and my body feels so much looser. I swear my shoulders drop an inch or two by the time I leave. My blood gets flowing and each session I become more aware of my body (where I'm holding tension, when I'm fighting the stretch, and how to relax into it). I am a huge fan and absolutely will keep up membership as part of my overall wellness plan. The staff I primarily work with is Shani and I cannot recommend her highly enough! Her energy is positive, engaging, encouraging and authentic. A joy to work with!

I've been going to Erin at StretchLab for a month now and I've noticed amazing improvements in my mobility and flexibility. It's a super welcoming environment and Erin makes me feel safe and relaxed. Highly recommend!!
