If you’re looking for a place to get a top notch workout this is definitely the place for you.Sean and Linda are very welcoming. My first time there I was very nervous.I’m the type that don’t won’t to be in a big gym setting I feel like everyone is watching me (even though there not) I felt very comfortable there. Sean took all my measurements and took video of me doing some exercises that way I can see what I’m doing right or wrong. You do the same exercises later and he videos so you can see the improvement and yes you will see improvement for sure. They build a workout program fit for you and your needs. Bottom line is if you want to get in shape and have trainers work with you and guide you to doing the right things go see them you won’t regret it.

I was recommended to this facility by my nail technician to see if I'd like the atmosphere and training program. I was looking to lose 10lbs, tone my body, and to train effectively - not just "workout." I immediately felt like part of the family. Such amazing trainers, personal attention and positive feedback about progress. Sean and Linda are the G.O.A.T at what they do. Yup, I surpassed my own expectations because they give 100% structured advice. Best training facility, best environment and best coaches ever!! 👌

I’m a Senior Female who started training with Advanced Fitness a month and a half ago. I had zero experience with strength training and hadn’t worked out in a gym setting for over ten years. Since my one on one training with the owner, I have the confidence to show up three times weekly. I look forward to my training, and getting stronger. I’m beyond grateful for the progress that I’ve made in such a short period of time. I’m looking forward to seeing where I’ll be in the future and plan on investing in myself with Advanced Fitness.
