My son and I have been training at Dragon Martial Arts Yong Moo Do Kwan for six months and over a year, respectively. Our experience has been fantastic. Grand Master Heath is deeply passionate and dedicated to his students. His expertise extends beyond physical techniques; he also provides philosophical and spiritual guidance. Despite being a group class, Grand Master Heath works individually with each student, ensuring everyone is set up for success regardless of their level or physical abilities. I’m consistently encouraged to step out of my comfort zone, which helps me improve every day. The benefits are abundant, from mental well-being to physical fitness, and the sense of community at this place, up until now our journey has been truly remarkable. I can’t wait to enroll our little one in. I highly recommend this school.

My family and I (wife and two kids) have been learning Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido at Dragon Martial Arts Yong Moo Do Kwan since September 2021. Grand Master Heath is extremely knowledgeable, passionate, and committed to creating valuable learning experiences for his students. Our family is able to train and celebrate our accomplishments together, which is a blessing.

We recently moved to NJ from PA, where our son was enrolled in taekwondo at Dragon Martial Arts. Grand Master Heath set a high bar, teaching our son diligence, respect, honesty, and integrity. Rather than focusing strictly on moves and sport, he seamlessly integrated and promoted core human values. He explained WHY we practice taekwondo, and HOW and WHEN to utilize it. He knew everyone’s name, taught the children how to count in Korean, even showed them the art of tying their belts, meditation, breath work, and community. We are so grateful to Master Heath for developing and investing in our son’s physical and mental well-being. We miss him very much!

I've trained under Master Heath for close to 8 years and acquired a 2nd Degree Black Belt. He has taught me a great deal which has helped me grow into the man I am today. Whatever your interest level in Martial Arts, you will leave with a more positive attitude, become more confident and of course healthier. Stop in to see where the next chapter of your life can take you.

Our family (my husband, me, and our 4-yr old boy) has been training here for half a year now, and we all love it so much! Grand Master Heath is very kind, warm, and humble, and this place is very welcoming and friendly. We not only learn technical skills on the Best Korean Martial Arts, but also learn how to be a better self everyday with more integrity, respect, discipline, self control, and perseverance. We feel very grateful to be able to get training together here as a family, and we can’t wait for our 2-yr old boy to join us when he is ready. I would highly recommend our dojang (gym) to you!
