I am going through mind boggling transition from boring just-gym member to very interactive workouts including strength 💪 trainings, which I absolutely love it. I used to hate cardio, but I am into it. Feeling a big change. The day I don't go I feel very lazy. And not a single sec is boring over there. Thanks to Sally and other trainers they all are amazing.

After having 3 kids and not working out consistently for a number of years, I needed to focus on my health. A good friend recommended Burn so I tried the free trial week. I loved it! The community is so positive and encouraging. Sally, the lead trainer, is the absolute best. At Burn it isn’t just about how much you can lift or how fast you can move. You work on having a strong mindset, healthy nutrition, and you gain a whole village. The trainers will individualize the workout for you by providing modifications that work best for your body. I highly recommend this place!

Burn is like no other gym. One on one training in a group setting. The trainers are there to help members mod up or down as needed, depending on your exercise experience and truly it helps on a day to day basis. I love seeing the protocol(workouts) for the week to help me mentally prepare for the week ahead. The members are always encouraging one another, and there is truly a variety of fitness abilities that attend camps. I am an early morning girl(5 AM) during the week and absolutely love the early crew, who help to hold me accountable each day. I have been a member at Burn Exton, since they opened, and am so proud of the goals I continue to achieve!

I joined Burn a few weeks ago after sitting on my couch since the Covid shutdown. I was in great shape before Covid, but with the shutdown, I gained 20 lbs and became sedentary. A few weeks ago, I saw the special they were running and decided to try it out. I feel the need to go somewhere and be around people to keep me accountable. Sally was very warm and welcoming and I have enjoyed all of the programming. I am able to modify as necessary and still get a great workout. Loved it so much that I brought my husband, who likes to do his own thing re working out. He really enjoyed it too and bought an 10 pack drop in so we can workout together from time to time. I ended up buying a year membership and look forward to going several times a week. Also love that you can opt for reciprocity. My daughters both live in the Pittsburgh area (my oldest actually belongs to Burn in Wexford) and I am so grateful that I won’t have to miss time in the gym while being out there. I highly recommend trying it out!
