I LOVE and look forward to my Monday 10AM Pilates class with Olga! She's incredibly talented, sweet, and above all, inspirational. Her technique is effective, refined , and challenging - yet very comfortable. We do not deserve her!!! The lovely ladies in my class are fun-loving, welcoming, and very supportive. I would suggest this class for anyone who is looking for an absolutely non-judgmental and beneficial low-impact workout with an AMAZING instructor in a GORGEOUS studio!

This yoga studio is a true gem! Amy has a phenomenal ability to adapt to all levels, making every class feel both challenging and accessible. Each class has different elements of yoga so I am always learning something new. Shanti makes class even more fun. The studio is beautifully serene, and I always leave feeling completely at peace and rejuvenated, both physically and mentally. Highly recommend this space to anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice.".
