Needed to get an abscess drained so did some research and decided on A-Z urgent care based on reviews I saw. The front desk was super kind and welcoming making the visit more pleasant. After a long wait I was seen by the nurse to determine treatment and Dr. Herring did the procedure. He made a very uncomfortable procedure more comfortable and quick. Much thanks to everyone at A-Z who made a last minute change of plans to a holiday trip more pleasant and would highly recommend this urgent care.

Could not recommend this urgent care any more. Dr. Gary Herring is extremely knowledgeable and you can tell his career is his passion. I am an overthinker, so I ask many questions and he answered all of them and more. Many doctors will rush you out of their office but Dr. Herring is very thorough with his explanations and you can tell he deeply cares about his patients. This is the most satisfied I’ve ever been with a doctor’s visit.

We had an amazing experience at A-Z urgent care. We were seen by the owner, Dr. Herring, and he was so amazing with our nervous kiddo. He explained everything in a way that helped me understand what was going on and why he was recommending his treatment plan. Which I LOVED and appreciated so much. Will definitely use them for all of our urgent care services and will be looking into their primary care as well !

We’ve been to this urgent care a few times with my elderly dad. Super compassionate nurses and staff. We’ve never had to wait too long to be seen. The doctors have been thorough and kind. It’s too bad they don’t take Aetna or I’d be seen there as well.
