CrossFit MontCo

I am so glad I came across MontCo CrossFit. This is my first time trying CrossFit. I have looked around and MontCo seemed like a great place. Everyone here is friendly, caring, and willing to go out to make me feel part of the community. Coaches are simply fantastic. For first timers, please don’t let the word “CrossFit” deter you. Every workout is scalable to your fitness level and coaches will make sure that you are comfortable with each and every workout. So happy to be part of this box (simply gym in CrossFit world).

I can't believe I haven't written a review sooner - Been a member for almost a year and a half now. Joined for the workouts, stayed for the community! How lucky am I to have found this gem of a gym. The workouts were intimidating at first (especially as someone who has never touched a barbell before), but every coach made me feel comfortable and confident in my movements and kept me safe above all! The concept of CrossFit typically comes with a negative connotation, but this gym is just the opposite. No judgement, no ego, everyone lifts EVERYONE up. I have built muscles, confidence AND friendships at this gym. There is no better franchise!

I joined CrossFit Montco in January 2023. Over the past year and change I’ve felt and look stronger. Everyone is so welcoming, supportive and nice. The workouts are challenging and fun. For me personally, I love how conveniently close it is and I really like the people and trainers. I am so happy that I joined and look forward to getting stronger and learning more!

I highly recommend CrossFit MontCo to anyone looking to join CrossFit! The coaches are knowledgeable, skilled, and passionate about helping each member push themselves and achieve their fitness goals. Whether you are new to CrossFit or have experience, you can scale each workout to safely and efficiently work on each movement.

Such a great gym! The atmosphere is awesome. All of the people who attend are so helpful and welcoming. The trainers know what they’re talking about and make you feel comfortable whenever they help out!
