I love The Strong Spot. I enjoy the family oriented atmosphere. After having a challenging battle within my self for the last year. I had finally decided to take my health seriously and fight back. Oz pushes you. Showed me that complaining and making excuses won’t get you to your physical goal. So tie your shoes up and “ Get heavier weights” as he would say. I walked in about 3 weeks ago barely able to do a plank and a push up . Now I can plank for over a minute and improvement with my push ups.

I've been training with Osny for 3 months and it has been a great experience. I've already noticed a significant change in my body and I get compliments often on the change in my body. He has been great at keeping me motivated and pushes me to go harder each session. Definitely recommend Osny and the Strong Spot if you are looking to transform your body and how you think about working out. Check him out! You'll be glad you did.
