Saturday morning yoga classes with Tracey are honestly one of the highlights of my week. Its such a great way to start the day, and start the weekend. Her classes are tough, relaxing and uplifting all at the same time. I feel myself getting stronger each week and am so so glad I found the class.

If you are looking for a friendly local yoga studio, look no further. The instructors here are very kind and accommodating. There is a nice range of classes, from restorative yoga to more rigorous zen barre training. The studio itself is lovely and I consider it a peaceful "get-away" from everyday life. It is very typical for people to talk after classes and to get to know each other better. Whether you are curious about trying yoga for the first time or are a more advanced yogi I think you will enjoy it here!
