Great place, the kids love it, the staff is extremely friendly and the facility is extremely clean. 10/10

Miss Jess needs to stop gossiping with one mom the entire Bouncing Bugs class and focus on all kids under her charge. The rest of us proceed alone while she yaks away with one parent. Happened 4 consecutive weeks until I finally decided to review this place. It might be good for older kids but I do not recommend the little kids class.

I have a family member who attended X-Cel North for many years. They can't write this but I will. The coaches were verbally abusive to children. They were told, "do not go home and tell your parents about this meeting" at one point. They lack compassion or empathy. They can help your gymnast excel at a high level but at a high mental and emotional cost. As a former D1 athlete and coach, I can absolutely say I would never take my child here.

We absolutely love this place. Positive atmosphere, super friendly staff, amazing curriculum, even for little ones!!
