My 6-year-old son has been attending this jiu-jitsu school, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The coach is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and truly the best in the field. He creates a positive and encouraging environment that helps kids build confidence and develop their skills. Highly recommend this school to anyone looking for top-notch jiu-jitsu training!

I had the pleasure of attending a living Muay Thai summit at Rise 8 Training Academy over the weekend. The facility was fantastic. The head Muay Thai instructor Keith is a wealth of knowledge and has a great demeanor and teaching process. The training mats are top of the line and after spending 3 days for 6-8 hours a day your body will know you trained on a quality structure/setup. Ultimately the instruction and facility is head of the class.

I was in town from Houston on business and dropped in to train with the Team at Rise 8 BJJ. The gym and the people were top notch. Great instruction from Coach Dave England and tough rolls from his students. I will definitely be training here whenever I'm in the Pittsburgh area.

High quality instruction in Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai. Great big clean space with quality flooring. Fun and valuable. Good group of people.
