I love this place and highly recommend it! I have been working out with Ty for a year and my results have been amazing! His workouts are challenging and fun and he is extremely encouraging, I look forward to my workouts and can’t wait to add in some of the new classes. Can’t say enough good things about Fit 4 Life.

Scarlett has lead me to love exercise in a whole new way. Not only are her workouts different each time, but she pushes me to achieve my fullest potential with each exercise. I also enjoy the positivity and comfort Fit 4 Life creates in the studio.

I’ve been working out with Ty for the past 9 months and can honestly say that it has become the highlight of my week. His vast knowledge of strength training keeps the workouts varied and fun. His attitude is always positive and encouraging! I always leave each session feeling energized.

I have been a regular client and gym member for over 3 years now and that is coming from someone who NEVER exercised!!! Scarlett has absolutely changed my life and body, and training is open to all levels of fitness with no judgement from anyone so It is a comfortable place for any fitness level from beginner to professional. I was able to go at my pace, accommodated for my past injuries, and also get diet information and meal plans if desired. Truly a remarkable fitness team that train with true desire and compassion that I can definitely say has made me a fit-4-life member for life!

Scarlett and Ty are by far the most outstanding trainers I have ever had. They have helped me lose over 14 inches all over my body within a 12 week period. They understand if you have any health issues and will still help you reach your goal despite it! Both Ty and Scarlett are motivating, empowering and driven. They live and breathe the gym! If you have meal plan questions, weight loss, weight gain or how to manage your weight questions -- they have the answers! I’ve went from 195 pounds to 150 in just 1 year! Thank you Scarlett and Ty!
