Jen is the best there! I never liked cycling but the experience at this place is just amazing! Since my first trial I never stopped going there! Everything is just amazing, starting from the welcoming people all the way to the coach. You are encouraged in all ways and totally engaged during the whole time you are there. Plus the encouragement Jen gives you is really incredible! I always look forward to her last 10 minutes, the speech, the feelings and the encouragement she gives! Thanks Jen for the incredible person you are!

From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I felt like I belonged. My sister and I did our first ride tonight. The exprerience was amazing. Katelyn was so positive and motivating during the ride. They had a locker with my name on it, a bike with my name on it and truly went out of their way to make you feel welcome. I'll definitely be back and can't wait to take another class. It was definitely challenging but in the most positive way. If you have any doubts, don't!!!

Amazing spin studio! CBCV is a really wonderful, welcoming and inclusive environment. High energy and a great workout! I like the variety of class formats to choose from as well as the different themes that make in fun and interesting each week. The best part of this studio are the staff and instructors! So glad I joined, highly recommend!
