I cannot say enough about this place: it is bright, clean, friendly and the staff are welcoming and very helpful. They answer the phone and accommodate requests in a timely way. Most of all, my PT Kate T. is very bright and explains things carefully, asks permission for each new type of touch or exercise, and is very sensitive to the needs and feedback of her patients, judging from my experience there over several months. I am completely satisfied with the work I am doing and the expertise and support I am getting to do it. I would see Kate T. for any type of problem and recommend ONE PT and her with enthusiasm!

I had the opportunity to work with Jonathan at One PT for ongoing knee pain following a hip replacement. I appreciated Jonathan’s comprehensive approach and encouragement over my holistic wellness journey— not only aiding with my immediate need/issue, but re-instilling my confidence to be active and rebuild the muscle that I’d lost over the two years following my surgery. ONE Physical Therapy is amazing! I highly recommend this place. I was sent here by my urologist for one issue but I ended up receiving treatment for my scoliosis pain as well. They have a personalized approach where you feel cared for as a person from the owner to the folks at the front desk. Also, they offer pilates as part of the rehab which to me is cutting edge and sets ONE PT apart from the others. If you decide to go here, you will not be disappointed. These caring people know what they are doing!

One PT is a very special place, starting with the wonderful owner Meghan Lash, the incredible staff of experts, the super friendly and helpful front desk team, and the beautiful serene space. I've gone to Krista for years and credit her as the most significant intervention for healing my back from chronic pain and a bulging disc. She is constantly receiving training and learning more about different modalities and research and always shares/integrates it into our work while ALWAYS honoring my intuition and the idea that I know my body best. Last year a doctor recommended a specific PT practice for a particular issue I was having and, wow, what a rude awakening to other types of practices and practitioners. It made me appreciate One PT's highly personal, knowledgeable, and compassionate model even more.

What a beautiful and incredibly helpful space! First time in PT ever (can’t believe I made it this far in life wirhout PT!) so didn’t know what to expect and I was overwhelmingly impressed. The space was like a spa/studio with expert therapists that listened to my words and my body at the same time. Put me on the right track with a plan and excercises to help loosen my back. Thank you!
