Perhaps the crew and the gym's mission changed in the past 5 years as the reviews posted here are dated. I was referred to this gym from my PT office as I wanted to train with a trainer with a working knowledge of movement, flexibility and strength once my rehab ended. I was very disappointed to experience a high level of unprofessionalism, spotty follow-up from Ryan (Co-owner) and outright lies by Chris (junior trainer). This gym is too interested in charging you money before learning about your needs as Marty (another co-owner) wanted to charge me for an initial consultation- basically talking to one of the trainer about type of workouts, goals and process....unbelievable!! I have had many personal trainers and never had such a bad experience. Just go in with your eyes wide open and see these guys for who they are. Also, my request to speak to a client or two before signing up for a plan was rejected..go figure!

I have been working out at FXS for 2 years now and Ryan and the other trainers have helped me build up my hockey game tremendously. The facility is top-notch with all the right equipment to help build my speed, strength, and conditioning.

Great gym, extremely knowledgeable and kind trainers. They really know their stuff and can help you break through your plateau or help you to shed off those extra pounds.
