My knee pain is gone after 6 weeks! I've also experienced remarkable improvement in strength and flexibility. Fit by Design is perfect for anyone BUT I am middle-aged who was looking for an effective and supportive personal fitness training and found it here. Bryce focuses on incremental progress that is specific to you. Highly recommend!

I have been going here for over a month, and I have lost a lot of weight and gained strength. My trainer has been very good at finding exercises that I can do with re-hurting old sports injuries. I look forward to my sessions.

My 13 year old daughter and I started training with Bryce about 2 months ago. After not being active for 25 years I’m so happy I began! I’ve been going to Fit by Design for just a little over a year. If you have been planning on getting in shape or just need to improve strength and mobility then this is the place. Bryce has been very helpful at getting me to a better place with my fitness goals.

Bryce works with me on an individual level and is helping me get to the place I want to be. He's really knowledgeable about fitness, he always has answers to "why does my body do this," "why do I feel like this," "what should I do differently" just don't be afraid to ask questions. I've been researching fitness trying to get in shape for basically my whole life, and I still learned new things after talking with Bryce. I was REALLY out of shape, plus I had knee surgery, and Bryce is accommodating and caters my workouts to my level. The sessions are personal and for the first time in a long time I feel like I'm actually getting stronger after every workout. Definitely give these guys a try, they will work with you whatever your limitations or fitness level is and they'll help you feel good about yourself all around!!
