Love the atmosphere here. Started a few months ago looking to lose some pre wedding lbs. My wedding was 2 months ago and I actually go more now than I did before. The workouts are so rewarding! My oldest son and a few of his teammates worked out there last summer 3 days a week. Much cheaper than their prior personal trainers( which they hated) that they've been going to yrs prior. if you're looking for something challenging and non intimidating this is the place

Newkirk fitness has great adult classes and kids classes. He’s a fun and energetic trainer and does an amazing job!!

The trainer is extremely professional and is concerned about making sure the whole "you" is fit. I would advise anyone young or old to try a session here. I am exciting to go each day for my workout. It's so much fun I forget sometimes that I am working out. But don't get it twisted because I do feel it later! I am seeing results that make me smile.

Clean, comfortable & enthusiastic environment! Cordero is 100% dedicated & takes his craft serious. Awesome place for both male & females! 10/10 recommend!

Just finished the Buns "N" Guns fitness class and i have not sweated like that in a long time. Cordero definitely kicked my Buns this morning, AWESOME PLACE TO GET BACK INTO FITNESS!!!!
