This place is absolutely wonderful. Tracy and Dottie are always super sweet and accommodating. The new Bio Mat is one of the best and most relaxing things I’ve ever experienced. It’s hard to describe but definitely worth it. I highly recommend!

I absolutely LOVE this place!! So relaxing and the owner is so nice!! Definitely a place to visit! I have seasonal allergies and after visiting the salt room last night, I woke up today with no congestion, coughing or sneezing! My eyes and nose aren’t itchy! I can’t believe it!! It’s amazing!! 😊

Just Breathe is one of my favorite spots to go, relax and take some "me" time. I was recently diagnosed with eczema and psoriasis on my face. When I have a flair up, my entire face is swollen, red and my insides feel like I have a boxing match going on that I can't control. They have a new service called a BIO TRINITY mat. It has sound frequency/vibrations sound/bioacoustic therapy Heat therapy and a amethyst biomat and pillow. This mat has a multitude of benefits and for me, I needed to boost my immune system and settle down my CNS. I did an hour treatment and I must say, what a difference!! I came out of the room relaxed and best of all for me, I felt like the boxers were done fighting inside my body. I was calm, which is what my CNS needed!! I would highly recommend the Biomat!! Actually, I've been a customer since they opened and if you need pampered or just to do some self healing, you can't go wrong with any of the service or products they offer!!

This place is a MUST visit! We had an appointment in the Salt room and it was so calming, relaxing, tranquil, & just such a pleasant experience 🙂 the price was great, it was very clean, nice and quiet, and the receptionist (I don’t remember her name 😢) was so kind and accommodating! 10/10 recommend checking this place out sometime, you’ll fall in love!

My friends and I had the BEST time floating & relaxing in the Salt Room! We will be back for sure!!!
