I've gone to many of Laudate's Saturday sessions and have had a great time. All of the staff are professional and really push you in each workout. I will be going back and highly recommend you to check them out and go for yourself.

Have gone every Saturday since this gym opened. Very friendly, hospitable community. The fitness classes are challenging and the soul core class is especially peaceful and physically challenging at the same time. Worth trying for sure.
