Mirella was so friendly and engaging, she was so knowledgeable and the scan they did of your body was really cool and informative! The owner is also very knowledgeable and also a very hands on owner which is nice to see! Overall, had a great experience and would recommend to anyone and everyone since mobility and flexibility is so important and plays a huge role in all aspects of your life! Definitely worth it for overall wellness!

First visit today and it’s was a great experience. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, explaining the process and what would happen. Asked pertinent questions about my problem areas and addressed those as needed. Kimberly was thoughtful and so very helpful for my first stretch. Highly recommend for any ‘senior’ that is not as active as they used to be!

I’ve heard good things about Stretch Lab and needed to give it a try. My experience was amazing. Amanda was my flexologist. I have neck and shoulder issues and she was extremely patient and efficient with stretching me out. She walked me through everything as it was happening and never extended beyond what I could handle. Can’t wait to come back!
