Challenging classes in a supportive, friendly, and fun environment! Instructors are always good about offering modifications for different fitness levels and body needs. There is a range of class types, but B3 Strength is a favorite for the slow burn with heavier weights than the traditional classes.

I’ve been to all the barre studios in the area, and Barre3 is by far my favorite. I became a member back in May and I’ve attended over 100 classes ever since. I love the variety in the workouts, and unlike other barre studios, I actually SWEAT in these classes. There’s definitely more of a cardio component. I also like that they have specialized classes like barre strength and barre cardio. The instructors are fun and make me want to keep coming back! 10/10 recommend!

I enjoy Barre3 classes quite a bit, and as someone recovering from an injury I find it really helpful that I can easily modify to my specific needs. The staff is nice, the studio is clean and most teachers are great. I do find myself wishing pretty often that the classes had more diverse movements, they can get repetitive.

I've been a member here for almost a year, and it's really benefited both my mental and physical health. There are tons of classes to choose from and a high level of quality in instruction. Plus, it's a friendly and welcoming community that's become a positive part of my day. I highly recommend giving it a try!

I've been a member of Barre3 for almost six months. I love coming to the classes, they're challenging in the best way possible. It’s sometimes a hit or miss with the friendliness of the staff, however for the most part the environment is very welcoming. One of my favorite classes they’ve held is their BIPOC class. I wish they had more of these classes instead of just offering them monthly. Overall, I would recommend Barre3 and taking a class, the first one is free!
