⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Slade Personal Training in Owasso, Oklahoma, highly enough! As someone nearing 40, I was starting to feel like my best physical fitness days were behind me. But thanks to the incredible team at Slade, I'm in the best shape of my life! From day one, the trainers at Slade have been nothing short of exceptional. Their expertise in personal training is evident in every session. They uniquely tailor each workout to match my skill level, ensuring that I am constantly challenged but never overwhelmed. What truly sets them apart is their ability to accommodate any previous injuries or deficiencies. I had a nagging shoulder issue that I thought would always hold me back, but they crafted techniques and exercises that not only worked around it but actually strengthened it! Their passion for fitness and genuine care for their clients' progress are truly inspiring. The atmosphere at Slade is always positive and encouraging, making it a place I look forward to going to. I’m super pumped about the results that I’ve been seeing over the past two months. My goal is to put on more weight and gain muscle. Slade has the perfect cadence for me to follow, from workouts to diet plans. Coach Randy is super knowledgeable and helpful and gives good feedback. He checks on me on and off-site and makes sure that I’m on the right track. Whether you’re trying to lose or gain muscles, Slade is the perfect place for you. Enrolling was easy, and they have all the plans laid out for you that are challenging yet achievable. All you have to do is go in, trust the process, and put in the work.

I had a disappointing experience with Slade. It was advertised that you got 6 weeks of personal training for free so that is what drew me in. I met with Tyson and he explained their mission and it sounded great. Little did I know, i would be charged $515 the very next day. I was told that it would be personal training but when I show up for my time, there were 6 other people there. It is hard for a trainer to “personal train” 6-8 people at the same time. Our trainer Justin was very good and I have only good things to say about him. I gave Slade a shot for 4 months and ultimately decided that it was just not for me. When I decided to cancel, I had to have a meeting with the whole team and tell them what I was not happy about and then at the end they told me that I would have to pay $983 to cancel. That was never explained to me at our initial meeting and is something that everyone should know before signing up with them. They also advertise kickboxing and self defense. In the 4 months I was there, I never learned a thing about self defense. The only kick boxing we did was 3 rounds of punching a bag for 1 minute probably 5 times in the 4 months I was there. I just want people to be informed of what they are getting themselves into because I have never been to a gym where I had to pay $983 to cancel my membership.

WINNING! I've tried every diet and workout plan on the planet and always came up short, couldn't stick to it, and always saw temporary results. I signed up for Slade PT's year of change and I'm seeing results and can confirm I'm on my way to a healthier me. The workouts are guided and easy to follow, the nutrition plan is easy to follow and understand. I've already surpassed most of my goals along the way and Can't wait to see where I am at the end of the year. NOTE: This is a "semi private" gym, with a coach. Meaning you'll sign up for a session with no more 6 total people with a coach in each session. This allows for 1:1 assistance by the coach and a fun small group of support / challengers. The images posted are my 90 Day results. Loving my results. The hardest part is showing up.
