Four Star Fitness is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming, the equipment is great, and the overall atmosphere is motivating. What truly sets Four Star Fitness apart, though, is their incredible childcare service. As a parent, finding a gym that accommodates kids in such a thoughtful and professional way is a game-changer. Ashley is literally THE BEST!!! My little one is always excited to go and spend time with her! Four Star Fitness has created a space that not only helps you prioritize your fitness but also makes it easier for busy parents to find time for themselves.

Was highly Impressed with this gym! Very clean, a variety of different machines and the front desk attendant Tina was very kind and helpful. Would 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a gym as a beginner or experienced lifter.

The best gym in the Okc metro! Great equipment and the kids room is a lifesaver for a single parent like myself. Sienna the sweet young lady in the kids room is absolutely amazing with my daughter and keeps her happy and entertained while I get some time to myself. Love this place

Great gym for beginners! The staff is always helpful and nice. Mike was so informative when we went for a tour. This is the only gym I have felt comfortable going to. They also have child care that's included and my granddaughter has a blast! I would recommend this gym to anyone!
