As a professional athlete working through the transition of no longer having access to collegiate athletic resources and coaching, I reach out to OAP to help take my career to the next level. They evaluated my previous collegiate injuries and developed a plan to strengthen those areas and improve my overall athletic capacity in my given sport. My body has never felt stronger and I feel as primed as I've ever felt leading up to my professional season. They are a great group of guys who are extremely knowledgeable, personable, and intelligent at what they do. I highly recommend their services as the results speak for themselves!

This is the place to be for training young athletes. My son was coming here BEFORE they started the Academy and he loved it and saw amazing results. Since the Academy started he has seen improvement in all aspects of his training. Every metric gets better every quarterly test. The advice he gets concerning all aspects of training, including eating, is awesome. The brothers are fantastic people and know what they are doing. Everyone my son has worked with at OAP has been great.

OAP is fantastic. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and interact well with the kids. I have a runner and two swimmers, and the coaches create sport specific programs that focus on strength, mobility, and agility for each of them.

My son, Ben 14, started strength training with Austin with a bad quad strain, Austin was able to access the situation and plan his workouts accordingly to help him heal and get stronger. Ben has significantly improved with his Quad and is getting stronger. Ben said he has noticed he is stronger especially when playing in games . Ohio Athletic Performance is giving Ben the confidence he needs to get back in the game at 100 %. I definitely recommend them for young athletes!
