Dr. Kristen Fogle is the best of the best! She is incredibly knowledgable, listens and knows what to do to help me! Everytime I have a session with her, I leave pain free! I have been dealing with back pain since 2014 and although I want to work out an be healthy this pain knocks me out of the gym often. It has been frustrating over the years to try and stay in the gym and get stronger but ofte suffering set backs that come out of no where. For a long time I have felt like I wont be able to train and make progress. I'm always holding myself back to prevent injury but now with Dr. Kristin's support I feel like I have a plan to move forward that will allow me to set a foundation and grow torward a pain free life at home and in the gym!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! They jacked up their prices and charged me extra for this month and when I called (iv’e spoked to Richard the GM), he start mumbling and lying by saying “oh yeah we have increased the price because of “increase cost of equipment”, yeah sure!! He also lying by saying that he had sent emails about the increase! And when I confronted him and told him that i did not receive any email from you or from the gym, he said that he could increase the price without any notice and at any time! DO NOT give your bank or credit card info, they will overcharge you for no good reason. Zero customer service and rude behavior wirh customers. The guy told me that if i wanted ti argue with him, I should come in person not over the phone to argue!! Was that a threat!! Update about my latest review: this scam business still charging my credit card even after cancelling my membership. AGAIN, DONOT give your card information.

Clean gym, friendly staff, with a wide variety of options to choose from including a ton of classes included with your membership. Can be busy at times especially after High School lets out. Avoid this time unless you want to be inundated with selfies and little exercise going on while blocking benches and free weights from people who actually want to exercise.
