StretchLab

I’ve had an excellent experience at stretch lab so far (3 visits, 1/week). I feel markedly better throughout the day after each session, and I’ve noticed improvement already in my general flexibility throughout the week. Each session I’ve had Brooke as my flexologist. Brooke has a very calming and peaceful demeanor which I think is beneficial to the process for anyone, but for me personally it is very appreciated. And as an ex-collegiate athlete with decades of wear and tear on my body, Brooke is able to both be gentle with my old injuries and strong with my resistant muscles. I highly recommend anyone to give StretchLab a try; and if you happen to be an older person trying to get moving again, I definitely recommend you give them a shot.

I am a runner who suffers from chronic lower back and leg tightness and pain. I had never heard of StretchLab, but after seeing a commercial, thought I'd give it a try. I was blown away! The place is very clean and organized. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming that I felt right at home. I loved the deep stretching and left feeling better than I do after a massage. I loved it so much that I signed up for a membership and already have my next appointment booked. I totally recommend giving it a try.
