Vital Pilates & Wellness Bar

I have been a member of Vital Pilates since they opened and am seeing RESULTS going 2x per week. The instructors have been lovely… all of them! They accommodate beginners, intermediates (me) and it’s always a challenge for the fittest folks. The juices have helped me fend off school germs too:)

I started taking Pilates at Vital Pilates & Wellness Bar in Sept. 2024 and I absolutely love it! It’s a great workout and overall experience, the instructors are amazing, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and fun! The place is beautiful and smells amazing. It’s an enjoyable experience from the moment I walk in to the moment I leave. It’s the perfect location, too. I highly recommend it. I feel so much stronger, flexible, and happier. Thank you, Liz! The most ambient studio I’ve ever walked in & the Pilates instructors are top tier. Everyone is very welcoming & it’s a great place to begin your new love for Pilates. The fresh squeezed juices are so yummy & you can walk in to purchase juice during open hours! I’m obsessed!

Clean, professional, and overall great experience. I highly recommend Vital Pilates. Not only are the instructors welcoming, but they are also patient with people who are new to Pilates. Liz takes into consideration of previous injuries and modifies movements to your needs. Making you feel NOT intimated. I love, love, love how they all end the class with a short meditation and aromatherapy. The Vital App is also easy to navigate!!

Vital is outstanding. I had never done pilates of any sort (reformer or otherwise), and I have found the studio to be very welcoming to people at all levels. The studio itself is absolutely lovely and all of the instructors are top-notch. The app is great (and I'm a software person so I'm picky 😂), and there are plenty of class types and times to choose from. I highly, highly recommend this studio!
