After having not been active for almost 2 years, I wanted to start working out again. This gym came highly recommended, and seemed very knowledgeable. I was very concerned about getting injured, or having coaches that would try to push you past what was safe. And I'm very happy to say that would never happen at this gym. The coaches are all very well trained and knowledgeable, the workouts are custom to your goals and needs. After working out with them for a few months I got the courage up to start running again, and they adjusted my plans to work with my running schedule. I still lift, but I do more mobility and support exercises as well now. If I ever missed a week or two, I'd get a message from the coaches just checking in on me. Which I find really nice and supportive, it makes me think they want me to stay with it and use the gym. Chelsea and Drew are amazing people and the people who train here are very friendly and welcoming. If olympic lifting is your goal then definitely come here, if you have other goals that can be supported by lifting then you will still be welcome here and find the coaching supportive of what you're trying to achieve.

Project Lift has such a great atmosphere! It’s perfect for strength training and even Olympic weight lifting. There’s a real focus on community that the owners really value. It’s a great gym for beginners! If you’re looking for a gym in the Hilliard area, this is perfect!

I have been receiving remote coaching from Project Lift for about 2 years. I also travel there to train once in a while. The gym is clean, the equipment is top notch, but the coaching is fantastic. I've worked with Drew, Chelsea and Tyler, both in person and remotely. They all have different approaches, but all of them are fully committed to their athletes' progress. They treat everyone the same, whether you are a national level athlete or an old gal like me. The improvements I've made in lifting technique is amazing. If you want to take your weightlifting to the next level, or if you want to learn the lifts correctly the first time, go see them at Project Lift. If I lived closer, this is where I would train.

My daughter has been lifting for 2+ years now. Not only has it helped her overall core strength, she has developed a love and passion for Olympic lifting! The coaches are amazing and always working on making her stronger mentally and physically, always keeping in mind her full abilities. Each coach keeps a close eye on her, ensuring she never risks injury. Highly recommended on so many levels!!! Chelsea and Drew are truly amazing people!!!

After Crossfitting for 4 years, I decided it was time to focus more on my Olympic lifting technique, so I turned to Project Lift. I cannot say enough good things about Project Lift. I took the 5 week training program and was blown away by the personal attention to technique. Coach Drew Dillon was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also was a wonderful teacher breaking down the Olympic lifts piece by piece to make the lesson much more manageable and impactful. I am much more comfortable and confident in my movements and my expectations and I owe that all to Drew!
