New owner Christina is wonderful. Clean studio, amazing teachers! They help if you need modifications and always take the time to answer any questions. Their workout apparel they sell is also very high quality. Highly recommend this studio. Thank you for the positive experience!

I love the two studios Stratford and Reynolda. It’s all a supportive community and has become my respite as a new mom. I’m so grateful for this part of my weekly routine!

Carolyn Hern runs a top notch studio -- very challenging workout routines led by fun and supportive instructors. Excellent central location within Winston-Salem. I am so glad to add Pure Barre into my workout routine and know it will help me reach my fitness goals much faster. I highly recommend Pure Barre to anyone, and especially this Studio! I love pure barre. They are very friendly and helpful, plus it works! I lost 40lbs over the last year and they have been a huge part of that. Haven’t gone since the pandemic, but will be back as soon as masks are no longer necessary. Cannot recommend this place enough!!!
