The definition of family first. Core Taekwondo Performance Center capitalizes in every way when it comes to mental and physical training. The student base are closely knit together with a family orientated outlook that I love about Core. Everyone is absolutely helpful in every way. Teacher or student, I always feel welcomed and encouraged to be a very version of me.

Core Taekwondo is like a second home to our family. Master Shaun and Master Doug are wonderful with children and love teaching them Taekwondo. My daughters have experienced tremendous growth in their behavior, fitness and friendships from being a part of the Core TKD family.

We have had such a great experience at CORE. It is a family-operated business with a kind and supportive atmosphere. Master Doug and his team have made my son feel right at home and challenged him with encouraging coaching. The cost and payment schedule are very reasonable and the class options make it easy to fit classes into our life.

I can’t recommend this place enough. I was worried my 4 year old would do what she normally does and leave class midway, and refuse to go back in. But, her instructor has made her feel proud of every small progress she has made, and she hasn’t complained about going to class once. They have incredible patience with young kids and manage to teach focus/discipline while being fun. Meanwhile, my 6 year old was absolutely LOST her first lesson and I can’t believe how quickly she is picking it up (to her best ability). There are kids in her class that are winning 1st place in competitions and she still feels like she’s part of the team.

My son started going here about a month ago purely accidentally. We needed after care and they had openings. While we were nervous to start and werent sure how our son would react to Taekwondo, this has been the greatest accident. My son loves going here. He looks forward to his classes and his self confidence is blooming. The instructors here are amazing with how they work with kids... like I'm falling short of truly having the words to say how impressed we are with them. I'm so happy this little accident fell on us. Even if down the road we stopped needing after school care, we'd still continue to come back for just the taekwondo for as long as our son wants to b/c we are just that happy with them.
