I love the community of caring people here. We are supportive of each other and joyful during our workouts at Silver Sneakers. I also enjoy the water aerobics classes.

Love the Refit class on Tuesdays! Great instructor and great atmosphere. They make you feel so welcome and comfortable from day 1. Ages range from young adults to senior citizens.

EXCELLENT PLACE for Worship, activities & fitness.. there's even a pool in the basement!
