I can’t say enough good things about Pulse and their instructors. My physical therapist suggested them to me and I’m so happy to have found them! They are welcoming, kind, non-judgmental and are happy to work with you where you are at physically and will make modifications accordingly so you don’t feel like you’re incapable. I always feel stronger and more refreshed when I leave.

The instructors are amazing!! They are very welcoming and they always making sure you are doing the exercises without pushing your body. They will teach different ways to do the exercise and you choose whichever suits you. I highly recommend Pulse Pilates!

✨🔥 Just took my first Lift-lates class at Pulse Pilates, and I’m OBSESSED! 😍 The vibe in this studio is unmatched – from the perfectly curated atmosphere to the killer playlist that kept me pushing through the lift portion 💪. It was my very first time on the reformer (literally had no clue what I was doing 😅), but the instructor and the amazing ladies in the class were so welcoming and supportive. 🙌 Not once did I feel out of place or self-conscious – just empowered and ready to crush it! 💃 I already can’t wait to book my next class. If you’ve been thinking about trying it, DO IT. Your body (and mind) will thank you! 💕✨

Great location, the space is large and they have 8 or so reformers so plenty of room to get in on a class. Stacy was nice and informative, she reminded everyone you get out what you put in and that the class is for you.. so no feeling like you have to compete with the speed or strength of someone next to you. My only con would be the class is relatively slow paced, so I definitely felt the burn in my muscles but didnt get the sweat I usually do.

Never been the type to consistently go to an exercise class, but I’ve found my place at Pulse! All the instructors are phenomenal and encourage you to push yourself when possible. All levels are honored there, and I’ve never felt judged. If you want a challenging workout with a group of supportive women, this is the place to go!
