Love this CrossFit gym. I am new to CrossFit and was introduced to this gym by boyfriend. Deeply appreciate how family and community oriented it is. The space is laid back and unpretentious. The owner, Georgette is the best! She is so good at encouraging people and coaching. Robyn, Mark and Brandon are incredible coaches as well!!

Brendan, Austin, Josh and Amy (coaches I worked with) are just great, welcoming people. As far as CrossFit coaching is concerned, I would say they all are very knowledgeable and accommodating. 2017 has been a bad year for me. I suffered chondromalacia patella because of excessive running during summers and had to undergo physiotherapy for almost 2 months. Most of the exercises that I did during the therapy were squats/strength training exercises. That’s when I met Brendan and talked about CrossFit training and today after almost 3 months I am 95-99% pain free, doing squats and running again (only box jumps hurts). He is a true professional and on a mission to provide the highest quality experience. I was not a big fan of CrossFit. However after working out at High Point CrossFit my perception has changed. To me, CrossFit is now about the strength, speed, stamina, and flexibility. Thanks to the well-structured, balanced and challenging workouts I feel much better and am sure on my way to build the strength I never had. Thanks to all the athletes for making such a supportive and strong community. Technique is priority for the coaches with a keen eye for weaknesses. I highly recommend High Point CrossFit.

My wife started at HPCF in 2019 and always spoke very highly of this gym. Once gyms could re-open after COVID restrictions, she convinced me to join. I had been "active" for a few years but not what I would truly call "athletic." I've been attending HPCF for over a year now and not only do I enjoy working out, I honestly couldn't imagine my life without it. I am at the healthiest weight I have been in my adult life, and by far in the best shape I have ever been. Anyone looking to do the best thing for their body should start here! The coaches are highly knowledgeable and can work with anyone at any level. Don't be afraid to take that first step!

I am new to Crossfit and honestly was a little terrified before I started.. I've always been a gym member but had to force myself to go to the gym everyday. I love going to Crossfit and look forward to it. Yes the workouts are hard but everything is do-able and the feeling of accomplishment makes you want to keep coming back. The staff is really friendly and encouraging and everyone cheers you on. It doesn't matter what your skill level is - if you're looking for a good work out with some amazing people this is the place!
