What a fantastic gym. I dropped into two classes while in for a conference and couldn’t have asked for a better group to workout with. Felt right at home immediately and had amazing coaching. If you’re in the area, JOIN! If you’re stopping through, DROP IN! I promise it will be worth it.

My boyfriend & I dropped in here a few days ago and are still talking about how great the gym is and how much fun we had! The coach, Lindsey, was very welcoming and an incredible coach! She was super motivating and had great energy throughout the class. She explained the workout in detail and addressed any modifications needed. The workout was awesome, we are so happy we went! I highly recommend dropping in here if you are in the area!

My girlfriend and I came here for a drop-in this past week. Not only was the gym super nice, clean, and well-organized, but the coaching was truly stellar. Lindsey was an all-star coach and a true professional! Every CrossFit gym should aspire for their staff to be this well trained! Thank you!!!

I really enjoyed working out at Crossfit RTP. The space is huge, the programming is solid, and the coaches are all knowledgeable and kind. My technique got a lot better, especially front squats ;), and I've had less injuries and pain. Highly recommend it for both Crossfit veterans and newbies alike to check it out!

Coaches are fantastic and the workouts are easy to scale up or down. We really like the atmosphere of the gym and it is very welcome to individuals of all fitness levels. Been going here for almost 3 years. There is a sense of community especially for regulars and coaches and members make an effort to welcome anyone new. Highly recommend it if you’re curious about CrossFit or if you’re looking for a gym that supports fitness and community. Coaches will work with you 1:1 for at least one visit to introduce you to the equipment and provide recommendations on where to start with workouts which is really helpful.
