Fun 2B Fit Gymnastics

I would love to give this gym 0 stars because Frank, the owner, told me in September that he would stop billing me for gymnastics classes my child has not attended since August. Unfortunately, he continues to charge me $125 a month and will not respond to calls or emails. My only recourse is to continue to dispute the charges with my credit card company or cancel the card. Avoid this business unless you want to pay for lessons indefinitely!

This man is a thief. He kept my "registration fee" for a class he no longer offers. That is theft period! He says he put waivers in place in order to "protect his business." Keeping money from someone on a class you do NOT OFFER is not protecting your business, Frank. That is theft, PERIOD! How do I know? Because I too own a business and I have a service agreement and I charge a cancellation fee, with conditions. Those conditions are less than 48 hours notice they are charged half off their regular service fee and less than 24 hours notice they are charged their full fee. If I CANCEL THERE IS NO CHARGE because I am an ethical business owner and if I CANCEL it is not the responsibility of my client to keep my business afloat. That is why I have clients, FRANK! Continue this behavior and you won't, guaranteed. You are talking about it is difficult to issue a refund in the system, then write a check! But you do NOT keep someones money. That is actual theft. Now, let's address that you offered me a "credit" to resolve this. You think that its fair and acceptable that I have to spend more money to get my money back? You do not want me utilizing a credit Frank, because if I see you in person, you will get yelled at in person. So you'd better open your checkbook! You are right, you are protecting your business by forcing people to figure out how to use a credit when you don't offer a class that is listed. Makes me think that there will never be a class she can go to so you will have an excuse to keep my money. No I do not want to do a birthday party there. I don't want to patronize an establishment with a thief for an owner who does unethical business practices, Frank. You are full of it. If you don't offer the class, there is no registration for the class, therefore, you do not get to keep the registration fee. You do NOT get to FORCE people to spend MORE money in your establishment especially when there is no guarantee there will be a class available for her. Open your checkbook! I'm not done Frank. This is just the beginning. As a business owner I know reputation means everything. How about a reputation of being a thief. How far do you think that will go? Think about it. Not far. It especially won't go far in my business so I know it won't go far in yours either. I guarantee you, you do NOT want me utilizing a credit. You do NOT want to meet me face-to-face. Call me for my PO Box where you can send my check! If I don't hear from you in 2 days, this review will be only the beginning, and at the end I WILL be getting my money back so save your business, your reputation and my time and send me my money back! Stealing is NOT protecting your business. Stealing is stealing. There was NO REGISTRATION for a class that doesn't exist FRANK! No registration, no registration FEE! Do the math! The biggest issue though, is I might have actually accepted the credit but YOU CHOSE to ARGUE with me. Your job was to explain yourself and then allow me to express my frustration at your unethical business practice and to explain that to YOU. You don't argue with people when you are stealing their money. That is REALLY bad business. You are wrong on so many levels. I am awaiting your phone call within two days to give you my PO Box where you can mail my refund in FULL, OR you can feel free to do it in your system, which DOES exist because I am not stupid. You will not argue, you will not do anything except have a piece of paper and a pen ready to take my address. Are we clear? One more thing. You don't know me, I ALWAYS get my money back and you will return my money too. You may just waste a lot of my time, but you will be refunding my money. So do us both a favor and do the RIGHT thing.

I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Overpriced and poorly run, our family and several family friends have all had nightmares dealing with one of the co-owners here. It is a shame, because there are lots of nice coaches and the other co-owner is great, but the person who runs the team has a habit of not treating families with any respect at all, makes legal threats to try to intimidate families, and is generally awful to deal with. I would be very cautious before joining up here, and look for better options in the area – there are lots of them!

At 10 in the morning driving down Poplar tent their van driver became aggressive and impatient because I wasn’t going fast enough for him. All the while he’s driving the fun to be fit gymnastics ban with possible children in it. Horrid. Definitely wouldn’t want to send my children here. *ps. Was not on my phone as the angry driver would like to accuse me of. Light had just turned green but I couldn’t take my foot off the ur break fast enough, as you can see from his horrible immature reply. Nice try. Does your hands in the air telling me to move and pay attention gesture you helping me LOL YEA I think m not. Good luck people. Find ur child’s gymnastics elsewhere away from this angry establishment. You have a great day also!

Great atmosphere and lots of positive vibes. Kids are thriving here! Instructors are kind, incredibly engaging and patient. I would highly recommend this gym.
