OHM Fitness Cary

I love Ohm!! Melissa showed me the ropes around the studio and made me feel super comfortable and welcome. They are always there to answer my many questions :) All of the coaches have been encouraging and helped me work on my personal fitness goals. They really care about your fitness journey and you can feel it every time you walk in. Great studio, great workouts, great people!!!!!

The energy is contagious all day long and the workouts are a quick 25 minutes so perfect for the on the go busy person. Your suit is truly your gym, it’s totally customizable to your workout and intensity level you want to have. Plus 3D body scans and red light therapy, Ohm is your one stop shop for all things fitness and recovery!

I love everything about OHM in Cary! The staff is so supportive and friendly. The instructors modify my workout due to physical issues without judgement and still push me to work hard. The facility is spotless and the extras they provide from the cool towelette to the red light therapy are wonderful! So glad I found them!

If you are looking to increase your strength and endurance, this is the best place. The staff is super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I have seen a lot of changes and toning. I would recommend everyone to at least give it a try.
