ISI Elite Training - Apex, NC

I’ve been at this gym a little over a month now and it has been such a great experience. We just moved here from NV and I was looking for a gym similar to the one I used to attend. ISI has welcomed me with such open arms and the community here is truly amazing. The coach’s push you but not in a “boot camp” way. It’s so motivating! I’m so happy I found this place and I plan on being here a very long time 🩷

iSi is not just any gym. It's a hub for building friendships and working out as a unified team, fostering strong connections and establishing a tight-knit community. The coaches possess exceptional expertise and offer unwavering support. They won't push you beyond your limits, but they will motivate you to reach your full potential. And if you find a particular exercise challenging, no worries, there's always an alternative/modification available for you to try! The coaches and the owner truly prioritize your well-being! They really do care about your health and your fitness goals!!

iSi has truly changed my life! I not only am in the best shape of my life at days away from being 40, but the community aspect is what is really special. I have made lifelong connections and feel like part of a bigger family!

I joined ISI in august of 2020. Coming off a really tough year emotionally, spiritually, physically, and who wouldn’t want to blame COVID but it was more than that. It was time for me to own my own destiny, be the better person I know I could be, but most importantly be the mom my son deserves every single day. When I joined I came for a “free class” because my son was coming to ISI kids in the afternoon. That class changed my life, my perspective, my willingness to commit to me being a better me. Just 4 months In I committed to the 75 hard challenge and successfully completed it in January. It was one of the best and biggest personal moments I’ve ever experienced. Fast forward to today 13 months in..I’ve completed 3 half marathons multiple 5 and 10ks and am currently training for my first 26.2 miles in Memphis TN at St Judes Children’s hospital December 4th. None of this would have ever been set in motion without the support of ISI Elite Training. I am forever grateful for the family friends and coaches. ISI Apex has literally transformed my life. 18 months ago I walked in nervous, over weight and just not feeling good. I was welcomed by amazing coaches who take the time to get to know you as a person and help you reach your goals. The classes are fun, energizing and never redundant. Today, I can’t get enough, going 5-6x a week, Im much more focused on health and well being and I feel amazing!
